I did want to know if you can arrange a one day car to the Taj Majal must leave Delhi around 6am and be back in Delhi no later than 2 or 3pm
the same day? It's for the flight crews I fly with to New Delhi that won't have the chance of a longer holiday in India and of course have to see the Taj Majal on our layover. Is it possible and if so how much?

Firstly Thank you for arranging our tour to India.we have a great time and have many fabulous memories. The organisation of our Itinerary was superb and the whole tour went like clockwork from the moment we were collected at the Airport to the moment we were dropped off at the end of the tour.

Our driver was excellent.he was friendly, courteous and very obliging, stopping whenever and wherever we wanted and offering us advice and assistance.
Likewise the guides were also very pleasant, knowledgeable and most enthusiatic and really seemed to enjoy showing us around their superb Country. Even though they do the same presentation most days they were able to personalise their tour and answer any questions we asked.

The Hotels you chose were all good.The first one,The Connaught Hotel in Delhi was the most basic but it was clean,friendly and very Central. The Holiday Inn in Jaipur was a nice Hotel with good service and good facilities.The Holiday Inn in Agra was another very nice Hotel but unfortunately,whilst we were upgraded , our room was right on the junction of two main nroads and the sounding of car horns continued all night and cosequently we got very little sleep. The final Hotel theAshok Country Club was probably the nicest Hotel of all but our stay there was literally overnight so we were not able to make use of the facilities. The flights you arranged for us from Delhi to Goa and return on Kingfisher Airways were punctual and I really must compliment the service we received from Kingfisher.

In summary Thank You again Anil for arranging out tour.We had a wonderful holiday without any problems. Your service was exactly as you promised and your staff were without exception friendly,courteous and knowledgeable and a credit to your Company. I would have absolutely no hesitation in using your services again and recommending your Company to anyone who is considering touring India and requires an expert Tour Company to assist them with their arrangements.

Thank you for your e-mail. I meant to get back to you sooner. We really enjoyed the tour and the drivers and guides were excellent.
The hotels were good. We loved the food, setting, atmosphere and friendliness of the Lutyens guest house, though the front rooms were noisy and smelly at night from the traffic.
We thought the Park Plaza in Jaipur was excellent and also the Ashok Country resort; we were less impressed with the Holiday Inn at Agra, which wasn't bad, but had a rushed touristy, feel to it. The Vairshali in Kathmandhu, was adequate.
I hope this is of use to you. I will be happy to recommend your company to others and hope to return to India soon.

I am sorry we have taken some time to contact you but life has been very busy since our return from India. We had a very good time on holiday and would like to thank you for the arrangements you made for us. My wife did have an upset stomach while in Dharamsala which slowed us down but Vijay our driver managed to find a cure. Local guides with local knowledge would be an advantage for future clients but this is by no means a criticism of our trip.

All in all we were very pleased with our holiday and we will certainly recommend you to anyone thinking of a tour in India.Please pass on our thanks to Vijay as he done everthing that was requested without exception.

Thank you for a wonderful holiday. It was quite eventful but added to our experience. We got back to our home late last night and have been slowly getting over jet lag. We will be in touch in due course, particularly re: our insurance claim.

Just a note to let you know that our stay @ the Broadway has been comfortable but the last night was spoilt by them carrying out buildingwork past midnight. Despite my telephoning reception 5 times to complain, it took a personal visit from my husband to reception before anything was done. He ended up having to accompany the duty manager to see the building supervisor before we got any peace. However @ 7am they started work again and I had to complain. They stopped but started work again promptly @ 8am. Had it not been more inconvenient @ past midnight to change rooms, we would have demanded this be done. No alternative offer was given however, and as noted, it took several complaints to actually get any serious acknowledgement that hotel guests should NOT be distrubed by building work, cetainly past 11pm @ night - especially with us having to rise early in order to breakfast in time for our flight departure. the main reason for telling you this in detail is so that you might wish to bear this in mind for future bookings as you informed me that you relied on the client to inform you if anything was amiss.

Finally we would certainly have no hesitation in recommending your company to our friends and colleagues. Our thanks again to Shri for helping to make our stay a pleasant one and for the way in which he rallied around during our illness. He was always available to smoothe any communication difficulties and demonstrated an astute and diplomatic approach to every situation.

It's about time we thank you and Indovisiontours for our wonderful month in India. We also want to thank you for all the trouble you went through to
assure that our luggages delayed in Paris finally reached us.

We really enjoyed our trip and were amazed to find that everything worked out so well, because there was so much to organize. All of our guides showed
up according to schedule and were for the most part very helpful. The young Shivanni Khanna who came to fetch us with a driver at the station in
Amritsar was outstanding. She took us to wonderful Golden Temple and made a very thorough visit with us, explaining all about sikhism with utter
competence. She told us that Amritsar was mostly a destination seeked out by pilgrims not by tourists. It's a shame because the place is really quite
extraordinary. She also took us to the Attari/Wagah Border where we attended the closure of the border. She told us it was the best show in town, and she
was right !

The Heritage hotels were fine and the food was great in most places. The ones we liked most, because there still was an old-fashioned charm to them,
were Hotel Castle Mandawa (Mandawa) where the Indian cuisine was really something; Hotel Gajner Palace in Bikaner: there, the staff was very
friendly (we were granted a tour of the main building), the setting by the lake was incredible with lush gardens full of parrots, and the cuisine was
delicious; Hotel Ranbanka in Jodhpur (in Jodhpur the market tour with our guide was fun, we went to a spice merchant, saw cobblers and barbers working
on the street, etc.); Hotel Alsisar Haveli in Jaïpur : there the food was standard, but the decor, great. (We ate in town at Niro's and that was
really really good.)

We liked Hotel Gorbandh Palace in Jaisalmer because of the beautiful pool, the excellent food and a very friendly staff. But we liked everything in
Jaisalmer, the city, our guide, the peaceful camel ride in the dunes at sunset and our two unforgettable camel riders. The Tiger Moon Resort in
Ranthambore and Infinity Resorts in Corbett are both wonderful places. The Indian cuisine was really something there also, and people made us feel most
welcome. We were glad you suggested it. The setting in Corbett is lovely with a beautiful river that comes flowing down from the Hymalayas. We were
able to go elephant riding in the forest. In Ranthambore we saw 3 tigers, but we were almost more impressed with the guides who seemed truly
«tigerstruck ».

We also appreciated all of our train trips. Next time we come to India (for we certainly hope there will be some other instances), we will try and take
the train more often, since the driving, even as backseat passengers, can be challenging.

Again, dear Anil, thanks a million to you, to your brother and to Soondah. We hope that everything is fine for you all in Delhi and we look forward to
another trip to mysterious India with Indovisiontours.

On our visit to Jaipur on 30th March, we were taken to a small factory where gem stones were being cut, polished etc, and afterwards to an extensive collection of products. I purchased a green necklace of many small stones for my wife, but unfortunately can't find a receipt, and more importantly can't remember whether the stones are emeralds, onyx or what! Is it possible either to find out for me, or else give me the telephone number and name of the place so I could ring myself?
